An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious and dynamic Events & Conference Sales Coordinator / Executive to join a leading UK contract caterer at one of the most sought-after venues in the City of London. Renowned for its exceptional spaces and impeccable service, the venue hosts a diverse range of events, from high-profile corporate gatherings to unforgettable private celebrations, including weddings and social occasions.
As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring every event exceeds expectations.
  
  
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private individuals.
  • Conduct venue show rounds, presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Event Coordination
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and coordinate events, ensuring all details align with their vision and budgets.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to deliver seamless and memorable events.
  • Prepare and issue contracts, proposals, and event schedules with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized booking system, ensuring effective communication across departments.
Collaboration
  • Assist the Sales Manager in implementing strategies to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Act as an ambassador for the venue, showcasing its unique offerings to prospective clients.
  
About You
  • Previous experience in a sales or coordination role within the events or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a keen eye for detail.
