Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private individuals.
- Conduct venue show rounds, presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to plan and coordinate events, ensuring all details align with their vision and budgets.
- Work closely with the internal teams to deliver seamless and memorable events.
- Prepare and issue contracts, proposals, and event schedules with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain an organized booking system, ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Assist the Sales Manager in implementing strategies to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
- Act as an ambassador for the venue, showcasing its unique offerings to prospective clients.
About You
- Previous experience in a sales or coordination role within the events or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a keen eye for detail.
