Our client is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day hospitality operations across a multi-use site.
This is a hands-on operational role with responsibility for service delivery. The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the catering operations for internal and external business, covering a café, meetings & hospitality, Events & Conferences.
  
Reporting to Senior Operations, you will take ownership of the F & B delivery across the site, ensuring services are planned, efficiently resourced and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Part of the role is focused on logistics, coordination and people management & training. 
You will be required to manage high-volume internal hospitality alongside commercial events, often delivering multiple services simultaneously across different locations.

This position would suit an organised, detail-driven F&B Manager who enjoys being operationally involved, leading teams and introducing clear systems to improve consistency and performance.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily delivery of F & B services across café, meetings, conferences & event operations,  ensuring accurate scheduling, timely delivery and efficient service at all time.
  • Plan and deliver events ranging from receptions to dinners, ensuring smooth service and professionalism.
  • Lead, brief and train the catering team in maintaining service standards and going above expectations.
  • Maintain effective control of stock, ordering, equipment. Etc.
  • Monitor service delivery during live operations, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety requirements.
  
The Candidate
You will be an experienced food and beverage professional with a strong operational background and a hands-on approach.
  • Proven experience managing F&B operations Venues, Corporate or Education settings. 
  • Strong planning, logistical and organisational skills.
  • Confidence leading teams in busy, service-led environments.
  • A practical, detail-focused management style.
  • The ability to remain calm and decisive during live service.
  • A commitment to delivering efficient, well-executed hospitality.
  • A Personal Licence and First Aid qualification are required or willingness to obtain.
