General Manager – Luxury Corporate Hospitality Environment
Location: Central London
Start Date: Immediate to January 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, minimal evenings

About the Client:
My client is a leading boutique contract caterer who have had nothing short but a super successful year! This is continued with a brand-new win in the form of independent private bank serving ultra-high-net-worth clients, including high-profile individuals and celebrities. Following a recent merger the bank is opening a brand-new flagship building in Central London this December.
The vision is clear: create an environment that rivals a 5-star hotel, Michelin-starred dining, and the sophistication of an Emirates Business Class lounge.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a premium hospitality operation within the London headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver an exceptional client dining experience in a setting where discretion, professionalism, and gravitas are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all hospitality services which consist of a Client Dining floor, Meeting Room Foor and Retail Café Delu, ensuring a world-class experience for the bank’s clients.
  • Manage a diverse team including Executive Chef, Hospitality Supervisors, Baristas, and support staff.
  • Drive mobilisation and operational excellence from December through full launch in March.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and client care.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including firm representatives, to uphold brand values.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven leadership in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver discreet, professional service with gravitas.
  • Experience managing mobilisation projects and premium client-facing operations.
