City of London 
Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hospitality & Events Coordinator to join a prestigious, high-end contract caterer within a leading corporate client site in the heart of the City of London.

The Role
As the Hospitality & Events Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service across a busy hospitality & Events operation — from high-level board meetings and working lunches to fine dining dinners, conferences, and evening receptions.

You’ll be the bridge between clients, partners, and internal teams, creating an environment where precision, presentation, and hospitality come together to deliver outstanding experiences with professionalism & warmth at every stage.
Acting as the key liaison between internal departments — including Reservations, Reception, and the Hospitality team — you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly and every guest experience exceeds expectations.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate & support the planning and delivery of all hospitality and events.
  • Work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef on catering requirements.
  • Liaise regularly with the Reservations and Reception teams to review upcoming events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to regular hospitality meetings, offering feedback and ideas for continuous improvement.

  • Previous experience in corporate hospitality, contract catering, or event coordination.
  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate catering standards and service delivery.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
