This high-profile setting blends historic and traditional British heritage with a diverse busy busy modern operation.

The role requires a professional who thrives in classic more formal detail-focused setting / surroundings — where discretion, precision, and composure are essential.
The Hospitality Manager will oversee a wide range of hospitality services, from working lunches to formal events & dinners ensuring exceptional standards at every level in multi and occasionally complex buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day hospitality operations across several buildings.
  • Deliver first-class service to guests and clients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Lead and motivate a skilled team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Adapt swiftly to last-minute event requirements, often with minimal notice, while maintaining calm and confidence.
  • Uphold established service protocols and standards appropriate to a formal, security-conscious environment.
  • Work with internal teams to anticipate needs, manage logistics, and ensure smooth delivery of all catering operations.
About You
  • Experience in hospitality or event operations within corporate venues, private members’ clubs, or fine hotels.
  • Skilled in delivering discreet, professional, and polished service to high-profile or senior-level client & guests.
  • Confident in balancing traditional service etiquette with a flexible, can-do approach.
  • Comfortable working within a structured, protocol-driven environment where attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount.
Must have lived in the UK for at least five years and have full right to work.
BPSS clearance (or eligibility to obtain it) is required.
