A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a lovely Restaurant based in Oxford, this is a fine dining kitchen so you will need experience in high end kitchens and used to working with fresh produce.


The Chef de Partie will work in a kitchen team of around 6 Chefs and you will work to produce lunch and dinner. Service will be around 20-50 for lunch and up to 70 for busy dinner service, You will work 4 days per week, this is to cover lunch and dinner service so you may have a small break during the day. Presently the kitchen is open 6 days per week and closed on Tuesday. The Head Chef does a fair rota so you get fair amount of weekends off as well. 


The ideal Chef de Partie will have worked in a Rosette or Michelin Restaurant or high end kitchen and can demonstrate a solid work history and who is willing and keen to learn as well. We can also consider an enthusiastic Demi Chef looking for a 1st CDP role


Due to location the Chef de Partie should have their own transport and be able to travel to work as required.


The Chef de Partie will be cooking using the best ingredients and have access to a fully equipped kitchen working under a very encouraging and engaging Head Chef,
