Hospitality & Fine Dining Assistant 
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
£32,500 per annum + great benefits

My client is a global private insurance firm who has their headquarters in the heart of the City. Counting some of the world’s biggest brands amongst their portfolio of clients the service that is offered is second to none and the hospitality offered to Clients and Directors at the headquarters is no different. 

Hospitality & Fine Dining Assistant vacancy has arisen with the offer to work within the catering team looking after the hospitality suite which consists of 12 meeting and fine dining rooms which vary in size and can offer everything from a simple tea and coffee tray to elaborate fine dining lunches for the CEO and their guests.

This is a small but complex operation with the board expecting excellence to be delivered in every guest interaction. This is a very operational role where you will be hands-on liaising with the clients regarding requirements and executing delivery along with a growing team.

The successful Hospitality & Fine Dining Assistant  must be able to think on their feet and action the booking requirements, liaising with the senior managers within the organisation. You will be expected to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.

We are looking for a Hospitality & Fine Dining Assistant to assist with the day to day routine of set up and execution of hospitality & fine dining for special events
  • Previous fine dining or five star experience
  • Barista experience 
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Experience in guest profiling and recognition;
  • Superb organisational skills.
  • Exceptional people skills, both customer facing and with other members of the team.
  • An ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strict adherence to health and safety procedures.
