From Events, fine dining, to the busy Hospitality Department the delivery of a 5* services are non-negotiable with the successful Hospitality & Event Manager demonstrating an unwavering attention to detail. 
  
Our client has stressed the need for only established senior operators with proven experience WITHIN CORPORATE CONTRACT CATERING only.
   
Key Responsibilities
The role is both a strategic and operational one where you will be at the helm of a busy Food and Beverage operations where a combined population of around 2500 employees reside.

As the Hospitality & Event Manager, you will be totally autonomous in managing and supporting a team of around 10 staff members and responsible for the day to day running of the operations and logistics of Events & Hospitality deliveries.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, ensuring all aspects of hospitality are meticulously planned and executed.

Responsible for the continual training of employees and upholding excellent standards of service and presentation.
  
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality & Event Manager within B & I sector Contract Catering.

  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality principles, service standards, and guest relations.

  • Exceptional organizational skills & strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Detail-oriented and standards driven with a focus on delivering high-quality events.

  • Possess an outgoing personality, positive attitude and capable of providing a positive work culture for employees.
