Coffee Machine Lead / Field Service Technician
London & South East
Salary up to £42,000 plus company car
Monday to Friday + “on call” rota for weekend cover
40 hours / week
31 days holiday (including B-H)

An opportunity has risen for a dynamic and experienced Lead Service Technician to join their team in London and the South East. As a Lead Technician, you will play a crucial role in facilitating technical training, maintaining best-in-class engineering systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of their technical services.
  
  
Key Responsibilities & Role Overview:
As a Coffee Machine Lead / Field Service Technician, you will be the backbone of the customer service team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of coffee machines; La Marzocco, San Remo, Victoria Arduino and Conti.
  
Your role is crucial in ensuring their clients can deliver the best coffee experience to their customers. As the Lead / Field Service Technician, you will work with the Technical Manager to establish and maintain engineering systems that align with the company’s vision and values.
  

Required Skills & Qualities:
Previous experience in a similar role, essential to be in the TRADITIONAL coffee machine industry.
Strong mechanical and technical expertise
Willingness to travel across London and the South East.
Valid UK driving licence
