The Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 sites (predominantly secondary schools), ensuring service standards, compliance, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, developing your managers, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement & growth.

Key responsibilities:
Leading and inspiring a team of managers to deliver exceptional service.
Managing client and contractual relationships with professionalism and commercial acumen.
Driving business performance to achieve financial and operational targets.
Identifying opportunities to enhance service, innovation, and growth.
Championing food quality, customer experience, and staff development.
About You
Proven multi-site management experience in contract catering – Education, facilities or related sector.
Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving results.
Exceptional people management skills – a motivator, mentor, and relationship-builder.
The ability to innovate, problem-solve, and deliver service excellence.
A charismatic, energetic, and forward-thinking approach.
IT literacy and strong presentation/communication skills.
