The Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 sites (predominantly secondary schools), ensuring service standards, compliance, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, developing your managers, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement & growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of managers to deliver exceptional service.

  • Managing client and contractual relationships with professionalism and commercial acumen.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service, innovation, and growth.

  • Championing food quality, customer experience, and staff development.

About You

  • Proven multi-site management experience in contract catering – Education, facilities or related sector.

  • Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving results.

  • Exceptional people management skills – a motivator, mentor, and relationship-builder.

  • The ability to innovate, problem-solve, and deliver service excellence.

  • A charismatic, energetic, and forward-thinking approach.

  • IT literacy and strong presentation/communication skills.
