An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Manager within a well-regarded London/UK caterer specializing in the Commercial, Culture & Heritage venue sector. Due to continued business growth, our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless delivery of catering services across a diverse portfolio of sites.
- Drive operational excellence and maintain high standards of service quality.
- Foster strong client relationships and strategic client management.
- Oversee operational excellence and financial performance across multiple client accounts.
- Lead and manage a team of senior staff to ensure successful operations.
- Report directly to the Managing Director, contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
- Demonstrated experience in managing similar volume turnover and leading senior teams.
- A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and client management skills.
- Possesses natural presence and charisma to build strong relationships across the portfolio.
- Must come from a similar background in multi-site Catering Management / Area Manager / Operations Manager within a contract catering and leisure catering environment.
