Job Role: Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef and we are working with a lovely Private Education site based in South West London, this is a small operation and you need experience in working busy kitchens, either education or other contract catering sites woudl be preferred but all background will be considered
This role is working Mainly Monday to Friday with term time hours being either 7am to 3.30pm or 10.30am to 7pm so please only apply if you are happy to work on these shift patterns. There may be occasional weekends needed as this site is open 7 days per week however there is a weekend team in place as well that usually covers weekend shifts,
The Sous Chef will work in a kitchen team of 4 and support a Chef Manager and manage a CDP as well. The site caters for breakfast / lunch and dinner as they have boarders on site. You will cater for around 80 meals per service so you will need good orgainsational skills.
The ideal Sous Chef will be hard working and looking for a long term full time role. This is working with a leading catering company so you have every opportunity to get further training and development and chances to progress int he future.
