Job Role: Sous Chef - Street Food
Location: City of London
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary: £40,000

A great opportunity for a Street Food Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in the City. This is working purely in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm with a starting salary of £40,000
The Sous Chef will be in charge of the Street Food section and write daily changing menu's with different cuisines and different street food concepts. Think Borough Market / Spitalfields for ideas of what is currently on trend.
You will be supported by a CDP on the section and work closely with a Senior Sous and Head Chef and under an Exec.
You have all the resources you need to make high quality street food dishes so no limitations on what you can create! Whether this is Mexican, Indian, Asian Fusions or Thai you must be passionate about creative mouth watering dishes and show off your skills and knowledge!
You will need a solid career history ideally in large volume operations and be able to demonstrate previous menu's or have food pictures to show your creativity.
