Off to Work is looking for our next Branch Manager - Southwest – Bristol & Bath, to focus on growing this developing area of our business. 

We are looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to drive forward Off to Work in Bristol & Bath.
  
This role is highly varied and you will play a key part in developing the business in the region. The role covers operations, management, business development and client relationship management responsibilities and you should be excited and confident in covering all areas.
  
As Branch Manager - Southwest – Bristol & Bath you will need to maintain and develop excellent relationships with the casual team, to profile and match candidates to our client’s requirements. You will be actively involved in staff engagement, development, welfare, and retention. The ideal candidate will thrive in a very fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a diverse range of both team members and clients. You should take pride in exceeding our clients’ expectations and consistently providing the absolute best possible service teams.
  
You will also have responsibility for driving sales and business performance, getting a real buzz from identifying prospective clients and bringing them on board. You will have a commitment to quality and need a demonstrable passion for our services, and for driving the quality-of-service staff up across the city and further afield.

What we require from our Branch Manager in Southwest – Bristol & Bath:

  • Must live in Bristol, Bath or surrounding area, have good knowledge of Southwestand good networking avenues within the hospitality industry.

  • At least 3 years’ General Management experience within the high-end hotel, hospitality or events industry and/or worked within a staffing and recruitment based role.

  • Use to, and motivated by, working to and exceeding targets.

  • Exceptional inter-personal skills with the ability to make others at ease in their presence

  • High personal presentation standards.

  • Strong operational and administrative skills.

  • Acute ability, personal discipline and drive to work autonomously and effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English. Must be comfortable working telephonically.

  • Strong time-management skills, with drive and determination, attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks.

  • Creative and capable of finding workable resolutions for long-term success.

  • Exemplary work-ethic with the ability to provide nothing but perfection, even under pressure.

  • Fully computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office. Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems is advantageous.

  • An inspirational leader who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

  • Full and clean driver’s license is preferable with a willingness to travel throughout the wider region. Quarterly travel and occasional work away days will be required.
