We’re on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Bar & Café Supervisor to join an exciting operation in a mixed public/corporate setting. This isn’t your average café & bar—by day, it’s all about artisan coffees, pastries, and deli sandwiches, and by evening, it transforms into a vibrant wine, cocktail, and small plates destination.
The Role:
Help lead a high-energy café & bar operation, serving both in-house clients and the general public.
Bring coffee expertise and a basic knowledge of wine to elevate the guest experience
Work in a fresh, funky, and modern environment that’s all about quality and creativity
Manage and inspire a talented team, ensuring seamless service from morning lattes to evening cocktails
What We’re Looking For:
A coffee enthusiast with a solid understanding of artisan brews
Experience in a trendy café, bar, or hospitality environment
A leader who thrives in fast-paced settings and loves delivering top-tier service
A bit of wine & cocktail knowledge to help shape the evening vibe
Flexible availability – 5 days out of 7, with weekends shared on a rota
