£38,000 - £40,000 per annum + commission
We at Off to Work are recruiting an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager to join our dedicated team and to further develop the business portfolio. This is a hugely important position, as the business expands, which has led to the need for an exceptional individual who is self-driven, with a passion for hospitality & events and previous experience in Business-to-Business sales.
The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for increasing, developing & innovating out brand into current & new revenue streams.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Management team, focusing on maintaining the existing relationships with our prestigious client base and also to further develop a new customer base. A well presented, confident and friendly manner is essential in this role. Pride of appearance in key.
Requirements
Passion for world class events and hospitality.
Proven track record within a business development role within the Hospitality and Events industry.
Based in the Midlands with willingness to travel across the Midlands and North-West.
Acute ability, drive & personal discipline to work effectively remotely.
A real people person with great empathy and excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken and written English.
Drive and determination with attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks.
Creative and able to find workable resolutions for long term success.
Exemplary work ethic.
Strong personal skills, ability to engage and forge strong meaningful relationships.
Sales experience or the ability to demonstrate target achievement.
