Off to Work is partnering with one of London’s premier event and conference venues to find an Events Sales Manager. As a key player of the management , you'll drive revenue growth, nurture client relationships, and deliver world-class events that surpass expectations.
  
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Sales Manager to join a prestigious venue in the heart of London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional events, leveraging your expertise in the London events and conference sales market.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and conduct accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients (internal and external), understanding their needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
  • Lead & inspire the team of event sales coordinators sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events, from conception to completion.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in event and conference sales management within a hospitality or venue setting.
  • Demonstrable financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
