44 weeks a year

About the Role:

Our client is a forward-thinking Contract Caterer with a strong focus in the Education Sector where customer satisfaction is paramount.

As the Front Of House assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the management and growth of the catering operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every level.

The Front of House Assistant will ensue the students have a great dinning experience and that they feel supported and assisted during meal and break times.
  
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure exceptional service delivery, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is always meet
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for the students
  • Maintain a high level hygiene and cleanliness in the food service areas.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and think on your feet to solve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with all company and client policies, including health and safety, hygiene, COSHH, and other relevant regulations.
  
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven success in food catering services within Education, B&I, or Hotels sectors.
  • Experience supervising and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence in the catering operations.
  • Flexible attitude toward work hours and tasks.
  • A genuine passion for food and customer service.
