The Role
You’ll be at the helm of a venue that blends the energy of a high-end café with the polish of a boutique hotel bar. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations and setting high standards across coffee, wine, cocktails, and food
- Leading a diverse, split-shift team with energy, empathy, and clear communication
- Navigating multiple stakeholder relationships with professionalism and diplomacy
- Using insight and initiative to drive business performance and guest satisfaction
- Overseeing reporting, rota management, and performance reviews with confidence and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or high-end café/bar environment
- A confident communicator with a mature, hospitality-first mindset
- Strong people management skills across varied shifts and team dynamics
- Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders in a corporate-residential setting
- A passion for coffee, with working knowledge of wines and cocktails
- A commercial mindset—capable of identifying growth opportunities and driving results
- Tech-savvy: confident with reporting, spreadsheets, and operational tools
- Flexibility to work across a 5-day schedule, including weekends on rotation
