Job Role: Head Chef
Location: London City

A great opportunity to join an In House Catering operation located in the heart of the City, The starting salary is £45,000 for a 40 hour week This is a Monday to Friday role with hours being 7am to 3.30pm minimal evening events roughly 4/5 per year.
You will have free reign on menu's and also suppliers and use the best produce you can find. The Head Chef will need some Fine Dining experience and staff dining experience gained within Contract Catering ideally or we will consider chefs from a High End Restaurant Background looking for a better work / life balance.
The Head Chef will produce plated meals for a business lounge type service and then reproduce these meals for the staff restaurant where they are served buffet style. You will cater for around 200 on a daily basis and work closely with the client to produce menus and food offers.
There is a Kitchen team of 4 with a Head Chef, Sous Chef, CDP and KP so experience of managing a small team would be required for this role
