Job Role: Head Chef in Hospitality and Fine Dining Production Kitchen
Location: South West London

Salary: £50,000 - £52,000

We are working with a leading Catering company and looking for a Production Head Chef for this lovely Venue in South West London, this is predominantly a Monday to Friday role with very occasional evening and weekend shifts required. Liaising with the Exec Chef you can manage your own hours to meet business needs so you have flexibility of working hours during the week.
If you are working in a restaurant kitchen at Michelin Level or Rosette Level and want the freedom of weekends off and most evenings as well then this could be the role for you. You will need experience in volume kitchens whether this is from Banqueting in 5* Hotels or previous venue experience cooking at a high standard
The Head Chef will lead a core team of around 7/8 chefs with further support as required on function days.
The Head Chef will help develop menu's and dishes so a keen interest in showcasing your own ability will be required and you will be given the flexibility on produce to use and demonstrate your ability to cook at a top level.
