We are partnering with a leading catering group that manages a vibrant and engaging portfolio of Higher Education Venues across the UK. They are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to join their senior management team, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

Locations:
Area covered will be in and around the South Coast, making it key to live in and around this area.

This role offers the autonomy to lead a large team of managers with a multi-million-pound turnover, focusing on the commercial success and operational excellence of each site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide managers to ensure commercial, customer-focused operations with high presentation and operational standards.
  • Deliver diverse food services across multiple outlets, from traditional dining to café/deli and street food.
  • Oversee hospitality and events, ensuring top-quality service and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Currently a regional or operations manager in the B&I or Education sector.
  • Commercially astute with a proven track record of cost control and driving profitability.
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound revenues.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Senior Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or Multi-Site Operations Manager in a high-turnover hospitality business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for numbers.
  • Innovative approach to food service, including familiarity with food apps and food halls.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and naturally a leader who goes ‘above and beyond’.
