Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
£27,770.00 per year

My client is a global investment company who has their headquarters in the heart of the West End. Counting some of the world’s biggest brands amongst their portfolio of clients the service that is offered is second to none and the hospitality offered to Clients and Directors at the headquarters is no different.
A Hospitality Assistant vacancy has arisen with the offer to work within the catering team looking after the hospitality suite which consists of meeting and conference rooms which vary in size and can offer everything from a simple tea and coffee tray to sandwich/finger buffets and fine dining.
This is a complex operation with the board expecting excellence to be delivered in every guest interaction. This is a very operational role where you will be hands-on liaising with the clients regarding requirements and executing delivery along with a growing team.
The Hospitality Assistant will also be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and replenishment of the free issue pantries and preparing, setting and delivering trolley services to the meeting rooms.
The successful Hospitality Assistant must be able to think on their feet and action the booking requirements, liaising with the senior managers within the organisation. You will be expected to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.
You will need to have worked in a similar corporate operation or high-end hotels/fine dining restaurant to be considered for this opportunity.
