Job description

Hospitality Manager
£45,000 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday
Corporate Contract Catering

My client is a FTSE 100 company who has their headquarters in the heart of the West End. Counting some of the world’s biggest brands amongst their portfolio of clients the service that is offered is second to none and the hospitality offered to Clients and Directors at the headquarters is no different.

We are looking to recruit a Hospitality Manager on behalf of our client to support the Head of Dining Services in leading the team and to deliver catering services to an exception standard.
The hospitality suite consists of meeting and fine dining rooms which vary in size and can offer everything from a simple tea and coffee tray to elaborate fine dining lunches for the CEO and their guests. The Hospitality Manager would also need to oversee the team replenishing and servicing the pantries throughout the building.

This is a small but complex and busy operation with the board expecting excellence to be delivered in every guest interaction. This is a very operational role where you will be hands-on liaising with the clients regarding requirements and executing delivery while leading a growing team of just over 10 staff.

The Hospitality Manager will be the key liaison between clients, Front of House and the catering department.
The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and liaise with room bookings and the senior managers within the organisation. You will be expected to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.

Requirements for Hospitality Manager

  • Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budget management.
  • An outgoing personality, positive attitude, a strong commitment to team building and capable of providing a positive work culture for employees.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • European Language a plus
