Job Role: Pastry Chef - Baker

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

We are working with a lovely new independent deli / restaurant in the lovely Cotswold's. We are looking for a Pastry Chef or Baker to join the team and be part of the business.
The Chef will work 40 Hours per week on a rota basis. The opening times will be around 7am to 5pm and you will work 8 hour shifts with a break. The location will be open 7 days per week and you will work 5 days with 2 days off. During the busy summer tourist season you will be required to work most weekends and then in the off season you will get more flexible working times.
Your duties will include making fresh bread, pastries, cakes, muffins, tray bakes and similar products. You will also help with Gelato production as required
This is a lovely role and The Pastry Chef will have the opportunity of being in from the start of the operation.
