Job Role: Pastry Chef - Baker

We are working with a lovely new independent deli / restaurant in the lovely Cotswold's. We are looking for a Pastry Chef / Baker to join the team and be part of the business.
The Pastry Chef / Baker will work either full time or part time depending on your circumstances and requirements. This role will be a 6.00am start to prepare pastries and bread items to be ready for 8am for when breakfast service starts. This will be 5 days per week if full time with general days off being Tue/Wed.
Your duties will include producing pastry doughs, bread doughs, tart shells, toppings, and other prep work for the following day’s baking. Ensure all baked goods meet high standards for taste, texture and presentation
The Pastry Chef / Baker will work closely with the head chef to support menus, seasonal products and also special events. We are looking for someone who has experience with the early start as 6am is the core start time for this position and please only apply if you can commit to 6am starts.
