Receptionist
Monday to Friday
40 hours per week

£38,000 per annum 

We are working with a leading contract catering client who is looking for a Receptionist at one of their sites in the City.

The role of Receptionist would be ideal for someone who is currently  working as a receptionist within the corporate sector or has worked in Hospitality in either contract catering or hotels and is looking to move into an Office based environment.

You will be committed to ensuring delivery of 5* service with a passionate approach to exceed our client’s expectations. You will be the face of the company and must be able to promote a professional and positive image to all our guests and employees at all times.

The Receptionist will be a key liaison between clients, Front of House and the catering department. The successful candidate must be able to think on their feet and liaise with clients, customers and the senior managers within the organisation.

You will be expected to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service.

Requirements for Receptionist role
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be self-motivated & prepared to work on your own but also able to work as part of a team
  • Good organisational and time management skills are essential with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to deliver a 5* Service at all times
  • Impeccable grooming, timekeeping & attendance is a must
  • Be of immaculate appearance with no visible tattoos (including forearms) or piercings and have a professional manner at all times.
  • Must be competent in using Outlook/Word & Excel
