Restaurant Supervisor
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,199.20 per annum
We are supporting a market-leading contract caterer in the search for an experienced and confident Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the in-house Client Restaurant at one of their flagship contracts—home to a international finance organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to oversee a prestigious client-only dining space, regularly used for high-profile events, private dining, and corporate hospitality.

Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Supervisor:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
- Supervise and support front-of-house team members, leading by example with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Manage reservations and coordinate with clients to deliver tailored hospitality services.
- Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service during lunches, dinners, and special functions.
- Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and discretion at all times.
- Assist with training, rota management, and performance support for team members.
- Monitor stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Previous Restaurant Supervisor experience in a high-end restaurant, private members’ club, or 5* Hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a small team.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering a personalised guest experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, particularly during corporate events and high-profile functions.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and events as required.
