Corporate Guest Services Manager
Baker Street, London
Salary: £45,000–£50,00
Monday–Friday (predominantly)

  
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Corporate Guest Services Manager to oversee the reception and lobby experience across a portfolio of 3 commercial and residential buildings. This role requires a strong leader who can elevate service standards, unify teams, and deliver an exceptional client and resident experience.
  
About the Role
You will manage Front of House operations, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and a high standard of hospitality.
  • Leading and motivating a team of 10 across the estate.
  • Driving service excellence across the locations.
  • Strengthening relationships with occupants, visitors, and key stakeholders.
  • Implementing a “one team” culture through cross‑training and smarter staff deployment.
  • Reviewing and improving operational standards and daily service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Experience in 5‑star hospitality, corporate front of house, residential concierge, or a blend of these.
  • Strong leadership capability and the confidence to shape culture and raise standards.
  • A professional, polished presence and the ability to inspire teams
  • A solutions‑focused mindset and the vision to elevate service across all sites.
  • The ability to work comfortably in high‑profile environments.
Please note that whilst the role is predominantly Mon-Fri some of your team cover 7pm-7am and as part of their development and your management of them you will need to ensure regular catch-ups and of course see the night operation first hand on occasion.
