- Leading and motivating a team of 10 across the estate.
- Driving service excellence across the locations.
- Strengthening relationships with occupants, visitors, and key stakeholders.
- Implementing a “one team” culture through cross‑training and smarter staff deployment.
- Reviewing and improving operational standards and daily service delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience in 5‑star hospitality, corporate front of house, residential concierge, or a blend of these.
- Strong leadership capability and the confidence to shape culture and raise standards.
