Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager
Central London
Up to £43k Plus bonus
Join our prestigious London hotel, renowned for its luxury and exceptional service. We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize corporate bookings and revenue.
  • Manage the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, ensuring timely and competitive responses to corporate clients.
  • Utilize the Global Distribution System (GDS) to optimize hotel visibility and attract corporate bookings.
  • Identify and secure new corporate clients through proactive sales efforts and networking.
  • Negotiate and manage corporate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proven experience in hotel corporate sales, specifically in handling RFP processes and GDS.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the London corporate market is a plus.
