Main responsibilities:
Identifying and engaging with potential clients, showcasing the unique value of their events.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform the offerings and approach.
Working closely with the event planning and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and promotion of events.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who possesses:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
A creative mindset to identify new opportunities and propose innovative event solutions.
Flexibility & resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment and possess an outgoing and confident personality.
