Job Role: Sous Chef 
Location: Bristol City Centre 
Salary: £35,000 plus £2-3k tronc.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Sous Chef with a passion to deliver outstanding dishes using fresh produce. 

Each day will be different and you will be encouraged to grow within the team, whilst being a motivating leader. 

  • Assisting the Head Chef with all daily operations of the kitchen. 
  • Composing new menus and developing new dishes alongside the Head Chef, based on suppliers, seasonality and keeping up with new culinary trends 
  • Supervising the kitchen staff, providing guidance with their prep and support as needed.
  • Ordering and inventory management. 
  • Oversee the training and development of new employees.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently maintained.
  • Assisting with administrative task, such as rota's, managing payroll, orders etc.
