A wonderful Sous Chef opportunity has recently become available with one of St Andrews leading boutique hotels. A highly acclaimed venue servicing the local community and international tourists seeking to experience world renowned Scottish hospitality and local fare.

The F&B operation is at the heart of the operation, offering 2 AA Rosette dining, afternoon tea, bar & lounge service and frequent events. Creating exquisite menus from the bountiful local larder whilst utilising the produce from the properties kitchen garden.

We are seeking candidates with previous Rosette experience. Passionate individuals who are calm, organised and proactive. Natural leaders who will mentor a team of junior chefs, supporting their development whilst creating an enjoyable working environment.

In return you will work alongside a senior management team who will provide the structures to further your career.
