We are working with a lovely restaurant in Bromley, the food is Modern British Cuisine and looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join the team.
This Sous Chef role is worked Wednesday to Sunday with Mondays and Tuesdays off. No evening service on Sunday so every Sunday night off. The rota will be a mix of breakfast shifts. lunch shifts and also dinner shifts, you will work around 42.5-45 hours per week,
You will be working in a team of 5 in the kitchen and be producing all food from fresh. The restaurant caters for between 40-80 covers per service so experience in a busy restaurant will be required.
Ideal role for a Sous Chef living local to Bromley so no need to travel into Central London and still be cooking at a very high level and in a lovely kitchen.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with busy kitchen experience ideally brasserie style or who has cooked modern British food before.
