A great opportunity for a contract catering Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in Central London. This is working mainly in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm, there may be a very occasional evening event in hospitality but these are usually finished by 7pm latest


The Sous Chef will work very closely with the Head Chef and help to run the kitchen in their absence. You will have the opportunity to get involved with the back office functions as well so you are fully equipped to step up to senior roles in the future.


You will be supported lead a team of 4 other chefs and a number of KP's. The Sous Chef will help prepare breakfast service and lunch service. There is also a salad bar with a number of composite salads and protein options and then some grab and go as well. Cooking for around 200 on breakfast and then between 300-400 for lunch



The ideal Sous Chef will have strong contract catering experience from very busy operations and large numbers. You will need to be experienced in leading kitchen teams and be able to support the Head Chef at all times.
