Starting: Job Role: Sous Chef - Small Operation

We are working with a leading Education site in Central London and looking for a Sous Chef Chef. This is on a 35 Hour contract and mainly working Monday to Friday however some occasional weekend work may be required. Additional hours after 35 are paid at 1.5X
The Sous Chef will work with a Head Chef, CDP and KP to produce lunch and dinner on a daily basis. Lunch service being 12pm to 2pm and dinner service being 5pm to 6pm. You will cook around 100 lunches and up to 40 / 50 meals in the evening.
Shift patterns will be on a 2 week rotating rota 8am to 3.30pm and then 11am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. There is lunch service and dinner service with 2 hot mains and grab and go at lunch with a grab and go offer in the evening
We are looking for a Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and who has ideally either educational kitchen experience or contract catering experience. A mix of staff dining with hospitality would be beneficial but essential.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous chef who ideally has education catering or contract catering experience and who has had good stability in their career.
