Salary: £35,000 - £36,000

We are looking for a Sous Chef and we are working with a leading Contract Catering company for a site based in Slough working Monday to Friday only with daytime hours 7am start.
This role offers a great work / life balance.
This Sous Chef role is to support the Head Chef on site in managing the kitchen, you will produce around 250 covers for lunch as well as a breakfast service. Previous Contract Catering experience is beneficial for this role.
The Sous will support the Head Chef and work in a kitchen team of around 3-4 so will need good management skills and communication skills. This is a lovely independent caterer who value and support each member of the team
