What you’ll be responsible for
You’ll be trusted to run the operation with confidence. That means:
- Leading a predominantly Monday–Friday business, with a set number of weekends each year
- Overseeing a well-established staff restaurant alongside a strong hospitality and events programme
- Managing and developing an on-site team of 8, staying visible, supportive, and present
- Being the key point of contact for senior internal clients, VIP guests, and visitors
- Making sure standards are high, the experience is consistent, and the operation continues to evolve.
This role will suit someone who already understands B & I - Catering Sector and is comfortable operating at a senior level.
- Proven B&I catering experience is essential
- Confident delivering professional hospitality and events
- A natural leader who enjoys being operational rather than desk-bound
- Strong relationship-builder with a calm, positive approach
- A driving licence is essential due to the location
- Salary of £53,000 – £55,000
