- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Inspire, develop, and manage your team, promoting a strong culture of collaboration.
- Control costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Support marketing activities to engage customers and drive sales.
- Deliver reports, monitor stock, and oversee daily administration.

- Proven experience in B&I contract catering management.
- People skills and team leadership qualities.
- Passion for food, coffee, and excellent customer service.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Financially savvy with experience in budgeting and reporting.
