Job Role: Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie and we are working with a lovely Private Education site based in North London, this is a large well staffed operation and you need experience in working busy kitchens, either education or other contract catering sites would be preferred but all background will be considered
This is a full time contract as there functions and events over the summer and this site is open 50 weeks of the year.
This Chef de Partie role is working Mainly Monday to Friday with term time hours being either 7am to 3.30pm or 11.30am to 8pm so please only apply if you are happy to work on these shift patterns. There may be occasional weekends needed as this site is open 7 days per week and occasional bank holidays.
The Chef de Partie will work as part of a large kitchen team, The site caters for breakfast / lunch and dinner and they have events as well mainly over the summer months
The ideal Chef de Partie will be hard working and looking for a long term full time role. This is working with a leading catering company so you have every opportunity to get further training and development and chances to progress int he future.
