Job Role: Chef de Partie

Salary: £30,163 + Approx. £5k Service Charge

We are working with a lovely hotel based in Edinburgh and looking for a Chef de Partie to join a kitchen team of round 6/7 chefs.
This is a great role in terms of level of food you will be producing to the benefits package you will take home. A competitive basic salary with around £400 per month in service charge as well and then a yearly points based bonus as well. Holiday starts at 28 days and then you will get additional days for every year of service. The Pension contribution is better than most companies as well! Company pays 5% and then matches your contribution so if you pay in 5% of salary you will get 15%!
The Chef de Partie will be joining a fine dining restaurant so experience in busy kitchens will be required, although fine dining experience will be beneficial the client is looking for a Chef who wants to learn and develop. They can teach you the skills needed and develop your skills but you must want to learn and have a keen interest in high end cooking.
There is every opportunity to step up and progress in the kitchen for Chefs who are ambitious and want a long lasting career in Fine Dining and are keen to learn.
