Job Role: Chef Manager - Term Time Only

I have a great Chef Manager position available at an education site in Slough. This is a lovely small unit with a great team and client as well. We are looking for Chefs that have previous Chef Manager experience within schools.
This Chef Manager role is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 6.45am to 2.45pm and in term time only. Overseeing a kitchen team of 6 and front of house team you will need to a confident leader and able to motivate and train.
This role will be working 39 weeks and you will be paid monthly through the year, you also have the opportunity to work extra hours during holidays at different units for he company if you want to increase your earnings as well.
You will cater for around 110-130 hot meals on a daily basis which the Chef Manager is in charge of following recipes and spec sheets. You will have a keen eye for presentation to showcase you food.
The kitchen team is very settled and you will oversee them producing baguettes, Panini's. Salad and Grab and Go offers. The Chef Manager will need to highlight and monitor production levels and maintain standards.
