Monday to Friday + occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Lead setup, service & breakdown of events, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
Supervise and motivate catering and front-of-house teams.
Act as main client contact on-site, ensuring excellent guest experience.
Manage event logistics, timings, and troubleshoot issues on the day.
Ensure all health & safety standards are met.
Oversee stock, catering equipment & supplier coordination.
Handle post-event wrap-up, reporting, and team debriefs.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an events venue or premium event caterer
- Sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to service excellence
- Confident communicator who works well with staff, stakeholders, and clients
- Passionate about food, drink, people, and creating flawless event experiences
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
