As Event Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-end events—ranging from private dining and corporate functions to tastings and wine education sessions. This is a hands-on, guest-facing position in a unique, heritage-rich venue where attention to detail and service excellence are paramount.
You’ll be part of a collaborative events team, responsible for everything from setup and service to coordinating with suppliers and ensuring a seamless guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead setup, service & breakdown of events, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
Supervise and motivate catering and front-of-house teams.
Act as main client contact on-site, ensuring excellent guest experience.
Manage event logistics, timings, and troubleshoot issues on the day.
Ensure all health & safety standards are met.
Oversee stock, catering equipment & supplier coordination.
Handle post-event wrap-up, reporting, and team debriefs.

About You:
You’re a hands-on, team-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced events and takes pride in delivering standout service.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within an events venue or premium event caterer
