Our client is this market leading, national contract caterer operating and managing extensive multi-site operations within the Business and Industry sector. Their dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has established them as the leaders in the food service industry. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Food Services to oversee this multi-million-pound operations across multiple sites.
  
As the Head of Food Services, you will lead our corporate client sector operations, managing large-scale contracts and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in multi-site operations within the Contract Catering industry.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of around 8/10 HoD + across multiple sites.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Engage regularly with clients to understand their evolving requirements and tailor services accordingly.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee large-scale, multi-site operations, ensuring consistent high standards across all locations.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Financial Management:
Manage multi-million-pound budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
  

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Contract Catering, large-scale multi-site operations in the B & I sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful client partnerships.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
