Our client is seeking a Restaurant General Manager with exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality to bring this vision to life.

As Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of service and operations, ensuring excellence, efficiency, and amazing guest experience. You will lead, inspire, and mentor a dedicated team, working closely with the culinary leadership to deliver authentic and impeccably executed Italian dining.

  • Experience in a senior management role within luxury hotels, high-profile restaurants or hotel dining operations.
  • A dynamic, confident, and charismatic leader with presence, resilience, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire large teams to deliver consistently exceptional service.
  • Confident in handling VIP and high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and food safety compliance.
