We are working with a lovely company based in Central Bristol and we are looking for a Sous Chef to work in this British / European based kitchen. Working in a kitchen team of around 4/5 and catering for between 80-125 covers.


The Sous Chef will be using fresh seasonal produce and cooking meals to order for lunch and dinner service. You will be working on a 4 on 3 off Rota which gives good work/life balance.


The kitchen is closed on Sundays so you have every Sunday of with the Exception of a couple during the year. Also last orders at 9.30pm mean finishes will not be too late.
