Job Role: Sous Chef

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic + Paid Overtime / Lieu Time

We are working with a lovely Events company based in East London looking for a Sous Chef to showcase Fine Dining and the very best Events on offer! The role covers all areas of Events and Production. We can offer a basic salary of £40,000- £45,000. Your contracted hours will be 45 hours and this is working 5/7 days so flexibility will be required.
Sous Chefs with high end event experience will be considered for this role. You must have previous experience in Events, Conferencing and Banqueting. A proven demonstration of leading teams on events will also be preferred to show you can manage and lead chefs on busy events
Core business will be Lunches, Canape Events, Bowl Food Function and and buffets, You will lead events off site and manage a team of freelance and agency chefs as well. Led by a Head Chef and alongside another Sous Chef you will become a key member of the kitchen team
