The operation includes a bustling café / Brasserie serving drinks & light meals throughout the day, a vibrant terrace space, and a Bar & Events space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across a busy café & Brasserie, terrace, small Bar & Event space.
- Coordinate & support internal events, meetings, and private functions.
- Maintain high service speed & quality, even during peak trading times.
- Drive sales and customer engagement with innovative menu ideas and promotions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the FoH team to deliver consistently great service.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and budget management to ensure cost efficiency.
- Quickly and professionally respond to guest feedback and operational challenges.
- Previous management experience in a busy café, coffee shop, fast-casual dining, or brasserie-style environment.
- Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced service with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Passionate about good food and creating a welcoming customer experience.
- Strong commercial understanding, including budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent people skills, able to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Well-organised, adaptable & proactive in solving problems on the go.
