We are seeking a Restaurant Director with exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for Italian hospitality to bring this vision to life.
As Restaurant Director, you will oversee all aspects of service and operations, ensuring excellence, efficiency, and amazing guest experience. You will lead, inspire, and mentor a dedicated team, working closely with the culinary leadership to deliver authentic and impeccably executed Italian dining.

Your Background
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior management role within luxury hotel and restaurant settings.
  • Proven record of successfully managing high-volume, high-profile restaurants or hotel dining operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire large teams to deliver consistently exceptional service.
  • Confident in handling VIP and high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and food safety compliance.
  • A dynamic, confident, and charismatic leader with presence, resilience, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
