Your Background
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior management role within luxury hotel and restaurant settings.
- Proven record of successfully managing high-volume, high-profile restaurants or hotel dining operations.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire large teams to deliver consistently exceptional service.
- Confident in handling VIP and high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism.
- Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and food safety compliance.
