We are seeking a detail-driven, and inspirational Restaurant Manager to lead one of the most exclusive and dynamic fine dining operations within a prestigious corporate environment in the City of London.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, placing guest experience at the heart of everything you do. You will ensure service is delivered seamlessly and consistently, proactively seeking guest feedback and using insights to continuously enhance service standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and overseeing daily restaurant operations to the highest standards
  • Evaluating service performance daily and implementing innovative service strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with culinary, operations, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting senior management in shaping and delivering the future vision of the food and beverage offer
As a senior leader & role model, you will inspire, coach, develop the front-of-house team and elevating skills to deliver a seamless client experience.

About You
You will be a polished and passionate hospitality professional with a proven background in premium dining environments. You will bring both gravitas and warmth, combining operational excellence with natural charisma.
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role within a high-end / fine dining venue.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with a strong track record of coaching and team development.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Genuine passion for food, strong wine knowledge, and awareness of industry trends.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm, confidence, and personality.
